From starters to the main dishes, you will be guaranteed to be dazzled by the intricate preparation, delicate presentation as well as the quality of the ingredients. The next time when you are unsure where to settle your meal, you can probably head to Dazzling Café!

In frame, the Beetroot and Parma Ham Salad, Pan-Seared Canadian Scallop and Parma Ham, Duck Confit Burger, and Lobster Cold Capellini. Also, their newly-launched Monster Shakes and Rose Rainbow Latte.

Beetroot and Parma Ham Salad // $14.90

Beetroot?!! I hate Beetroot! Yes, I’m not a big fan of Beetroot because of its exotic aftertaste which I can’t and don’t know what to use to describe it. I’m always shocked when people tell me that they liked to eat Beetroot or even made them into juice. But you know what, the beetroot here wasn’t that intimidating (I could still take a few bites and that’s it). It was sweeter because they used Golden Beetroot. The way to minimise the taste of the beetroot is to, which I did, was to mix everything together and eat it. By the way, the tomatoes were really fresh and juicy! Quite a refreshing appetiser that’s worth a try!

Pan-Seared Canadian Scallops // $17

The Canadian scallops are bigger and softer as compared to the other types of scallop. It was also sweet and it retains in the mouth. The green pea purée was surprisingly tasty (I hate green peas by the way) and it was refreshing. My favourite was the quinoa which complements the scallops really well, adding a crunchy texture to the overall dish. This was definitely a very well-thought out dish! Highly recommended!

Duck Confit Burger // $24.90

The truffle smell was very strong and aromatic. I could already smell it when the server was walking towards the table. The duck meat was tender, flavourful and juicy. It’s really hard to marinate and cook duck but in this case, it was really very impressive. I could stop myself from finishing it. The cheese was also a very good complement to the already sweet duck meat. A must-try at Dazzling!

Lobster Cold Capellini // $26.90

One of the better Capellini I’ve tasted so far in Singapore! It was springy and the noodles were not too sticky. The lobster meat was fresh, refreshing, crunchy and sweet. The mentaikou mayonnaise was super addictive. Once you start, you can’t stop!

Rainbow Rose Latte // $8

Seeing this brightens up my day immediately. One of the prettiest latte I’ve ever had in my life. The coffee was smooth and consistent. It was also not too sweet and the proportion of milk was just right!

Pink Unicorn Strawberry Milkshake // $10

Black Monster Vanilla Milkshake // $10

The newly launched milkshakes are not only aesthetically pleasing but also tasty and very affordable. For only $10, you get to have an Instagram-worthy milkshake. Definitely the cheapest milkshake you can find in Singapore! Also, a word of advice: please order this if you have a group of people to share. I died trying to finish it.

Matcha Waffle with Azuki Beans // $14.90

Their waffles are to die for. When they were first opened, I was more than willing to queue for their mochi waffles. I would always order their strawberry mochi waffle each time I visit them. This time round I got to try their matcha waffle which again did not disappoint. The matcha flavour was strong but not too overpowering. The mochi just makes everything so delicious and you know what, it was also extremely addictive! Very sinful but at least it made me very happy.
